We are looking for a new Receptionist to join our thriving support team here at Search in Leeds! An amazing opportunity to join a business that is one of the few in the UK with a Platinum Investors In People award.
You will be working along side consultants who are passionate and driven and work in a really thriving team environment.
Duties of a Receptionist;
* Answering and diverting calls on the main switchboard
* Meeting and greeting visitors and candidates on reception
* Organising meeting rooms for internal events, candidate registrations and video conferencing
* Managing candidate registration packs
* Keeping the reception area organised and tidy.
* Organising tests for candidates when consultants request them
* Filing, printing and photocopying
We are not necessarily looking for a candidate with reception experience. If you have excellent communication skills and customer service experience then this would be perfect for you.
