I'm currently looking for an experienced Receptionist who is immediately available to join a Finance company based in Liverpool in Liverpool City Centre. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, be a confident communicator and have the ability to multitask.

You will be required to complete standard reception and administration duties as well as work closely with management on requested tasks.

The role -

Greeting visitors and clients
Running a busy reception
Answering incoming calls
Answering emails to candidates
Transferring calls and taking detailed messages
Responsible to incoming and out going post
Placing stationary orders
Updating spreadsheets
Assisting senior management
Chasing payments from clients
Admin tasks

The ideal candidate -

Excellent telephone manner
MUST have at least 1 year Receptionist experience
No gaps in CV in the past 3 years
Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
Highly organised
