Receptionist immediately available - £18k - £19k High Wycombe

The Opportunity

The client is an International Facilities company within the Real Estate and Property sector.
They have a number of high profile clients across the country / world. Due to a won contract in High Wycombe they are now looking for a Receptionist to join one of their teams in High Wycombe.

The job is varied involving moving around 3 main sites. You will be welcoming arrivals and maintaining security on site. This will involve monitoring of CCTV and previous experience of this would be an advantage. You will also be setting up and maintain meeting rooms. managing keys and assisting the facilities manager with Health and Safety.

You Must Have:

Experience in customer service role
Professional attitude and appearance
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
I.T skills - especially MS Office
Understanding of Health and Safety processes
Security, concierge or reception experience.
