We are currently looking to recruit a part time Reception support coordinator based in Sale.
The role is immediately available with interviews as and when for the right candidate, all we are looking for is previous reception experience and someone who specifically is looking for a part time role.

The key responsibly of the role holder are to welcome our visitors into the premises in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing a professional front of house experience to all. You will be responsible for dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, stationary stock orders, managing the access control system alongside some facilities management such as meeting room bookings and car parking allocation.
The salary is £11,805 per annum based on 24.25 hours per week.
The working pattern for the role is 7:15am to 5pm on Mondays & Tuesdays and 7:15am to 1pm on Wednesdays (No flexibility)
Previous experience in a Reception, Secretarial or PA position is beneficial in this role and the use of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel is essential. You should be able to work alone with minimum supervision and with the ability to manage your own workload with a positive can-do attitude. The ability to provide excellent customer service is essential and being able to think on your feet will be a helpful trait in this role.
