Are you looking for an immediate start position on a temporary basis?

Temp - Admin/Reception - 4 week +

Based near Cross Hills in BD20 - Full Time Hours

Full Time Hours - £8.50ph

This position is a varied role working for an established property company who are needing and experienced Receptionist to join their busy team.

The main purpose of the job is to provide full support to the team, answering calls, dealing with incoming emails and responding to general queries. Will manage the incoming/outgoing post and deliveries as well a maintaining various systems. Daily communication with external contractors and suppliers to chase information.

The right person for this job will be organised, able to manage a busy workload and have a proactive approach. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal/written and be able to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people

Will need to have previous experience as and administrator/receptionist and experience within the property sector would be an advantage.
