I have a short term requirement for my client based in Cardonald. They would like an experienced administrator to join them on a temporary basis initially for three weeks, however it could last longer.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and you must be available immediately to be considered for this position. There is parking available as well as easy access to public transport.

I am looking for an experienced receptionist/administrator with a sound working knowledge of all Microsoft office packages and is able to manage their own workload easily with minimal supervision.

This will be working on a corporate reception area that can get very busy at times so you must also be able to work well under pressure.
