Are you an experienced administrator/receptionist and available for work immediately? If so i would love to hear from you as I have an opportunity for you to join my client based in Stepps with an immediate start.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4pm and you will be based in office in Stepps.

I am looking to speak to people who firstly have reception and experience that feel they can work in a fast paced and support with administration whilst looking after the reception area.

You will support the business with tasks such as:

  • Meet and greet visitors to the office
  • Deal with general calls and enquiries
  • Process new starters documentation
  • Booking of travel and accommodation
  • Order office supplies as and when required
  • Support with events being organised
  • Support team with all ad hoc administration as and when required

This is a temporary booking initially for 6 weeks, however there is a permanent job available that you can apply for and be considered for if you are the right person for the job
