An exciting opportunity to work on a corporate reception, based in the heart of the Hammersmith you will be the front of house for this head office. In this temporary position you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and members of staff. To be successful in this role you must have previous corporate reception experience and offer exceptional customer service. The duties for this role include:
* Answering phones, taking messages
* Meeting and greeting all guests and staff as they enter the building
* Signing for deliveries
* Organising meeting rooms and arranging catering
* Diary management
This is a temporary role starting on the 9th March with a view to last 4 weeks with a possibility of extension.
