Within the Construction and Manufacturing industry, my client is looking for a Scheduling / Help desk Administrator to join their already established team in a busy, fast paced environment.
You will have amazing communication skills and be able to deal with a wide range of individuals.
This is a full time permanent position working Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, very competitive salary depending on experience.
* Ordering parts and supplies
* Providing quotes
* Collate manufacturing information
* Provide detail and accurate information in order to complete customer orders
Your skills and experience:
* Excellent customer services skills
* Amazing Administration skills specifically Microsoft Excel
* At least 5 years experience in an Administration role
* Be adaptable and pro active
