You will possess a comprehensive background in commercial property law, encompassing matters such as landlord and tenant issues, property sales and purchases, and secured lending transactions. Beyond your legal expertise, they are seeking an energetic and ambitious individual who can demonstrate a track record of successful business development.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Commercial Property.

• Able to work well within a team and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate.
• Have excellent written and verbally communication skills.
• Competent IT skills.
