They are looking to recruit into their Real Estate team in Southampton, which is widely regarded as one of the best on the South Coast. The clients are nice to work for and people centric businesses. This client base is spread across the UK although alot is within the Solent area. These are also some of the best clients geographically in the Solent area. Definitely one's that competitors would be envious of, with lots of high value transactional work they get regularly from some clients in particular.
The Successful Candidate should have:
- Knowledge of Commercial Property
- Ideally with experience in sales and purchases of commercial properties, bank and lender property work, commercial landlord & tenant
- Between 0-4 years PQE. Those coming to the end of a training contract are also encouraged to apply.
