Join one of the largest most established real estate teams in
the North West!

My client is looking for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (2-4 years pqe) to join their specialist, multidisciplinary Real Estate team in Manchester.

It is expected that the ideal candidate should have post-qualification real estate finance experience as well as general commercial property experience, candidates of less experience will be considered based on their time spent as a real estate paralegal/trainee.

The successful candidate must be able to work self sufficiently, as they will be running their own caseload as well as supporting senior members of the team whilst providing supervision to more junior fee earners.

The role will predominantly be based within the Real Estate Finance team, for a top firm based in Manchester. The successful candidate may also be asked to assist the Investment and Property Management team and the development team on non-contentious transactional property matters. Therefore, the successful candidate should be flexible and adaptable.

Some responsibilities of the role include participating in Real Estate Finance transactions, Non-contentious commercial property transactions including sales, purchases and leases (acting on behalf of both landlord and tenant), general transactional management, finance management and billing, drafting contracts and dealing with acquisition. This list is not exhaustive; the firm is looking for a well-organised individual who demonstrates a commercial approach to support their business growth plan.

Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
