Search Construction are lucky enough to be working exclusively with a leading residential builder and developer who are seeking to add to their commercial team in the Central Belt. The business delivers quality homes across Scotland and has a reputation for delivering a quality product and exceptional customer service.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor role will sit in the commercial team based in South Lanarkshire overseeing an allocation of developments in a supported but autonomous role. Apart from being a skilled Quantity Surveyor with demonstrable experience in the residential build environment there are a few things that will make you suitable for this opportunity:

Significant experience within Either - Residential New Build, Social Housing New Build or Main Contracting environment
A stable employment history
I.T Literacy
Experience using COINS (non essential)
Working Knowledge of Q.S CAD (non essential)
Full UK Driving License

£50 - £60k P/A
