What to expect as a Customer Quality Control Inspector

• Monday to Friday - rotational shift pattern working early shift, day shift and back shift
• Carrying out a final quality control check on finished, inspected parts prior to shipping
• Use numeracy skills to confirm yield data and label count accuracy
• Inspecting products against customer drawings and specifications
• Prioritising workload based on shipping schedule
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards in your work area
• Accurately recording data and entering into computerised system
• Using systems to complete accurate quality reports
• Escalate issues to quality / production teams as appropriate
• Identifying outstanding documentation and communicating as necessary
• Carrying out quality audits and spot checks

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a high volume manufacturing environment or transferable skills from a different environment
• Excellent numeracy & literacy skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A solid work history
• An enthusiastic can do attitude
