We are currently recruiting for an experience Quality Assurance Administrator to join a leading wealth management company based in Liverpool City Centre

Ensuring inputted data is accurate

Handling any queries from fund managers

Monitor and develop and improve processes

Recommend and implement quality control activities

Generate letters regarding fraudulent activity

Handle client queries

Assist with project work

Gain an understanding of accounts, amendments and standing orders

Experience

Must have previous QA experience

Fast and accurate typing skills

Good eye for detail

Quick to pick up new systems

Extensive MS Office knowledge

Confident liaising with clients and colleagues
