We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join an expanding financial firm based in Liverpool City Centre. We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of FCA regulations and a background in Quality Assurance or compliance. This is a varied and busy role, and your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Duties will include:
- Handling, reviewing and responding to complaints or issues
- Ensuring FCA guidelines and procedures are being followed
- Reviewing operational risk
- Ensuring the business is acting in compliance
- Identify areas for business improvement
- Ensuring documents are signed off in accordance with regulations
- To review and streamline processes to reduce risks
