Search Scientific are currently working with a Pharmaceuticals and nutraceutical company based in Lancashire

This is exciting opportunity for a QC Analytical Supervisor to join a dynamic team for someone to learn new skills and develop further laboratory experience.

You Will Be Involved In

Supervising QC analytical team including IPC bulk support activity including project management

Pro-actively leading operations and processing to ensure quality standards are met, e.g. GMP / GLP / H&S.

Drive compliance to MHRA, ISO Regulatory and Company requirements standards.

Manage, coach, mentor, develop team members to encourage and support a high-performance work culture

You Will Have

HNC in Chemistry plus 5 years relevant analytical experience or Hons Chemistry degree plus 4 years lab experience.

Around 1 year leadership/supervisory experience

Experience using HPLC, GC, UV and Infra-Red Spectrometers etc.

Knowledge of GMP, quality systems, GCLP, Health & Safety including COSHH and manual handling.

Confidence in dealing with people person able to influence and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
