QC Validation associate

This is a 12 months contract opportunity paying a competitive salary. Happy to consider both PAYE and LIMITED company candidates

Search Scientific are a recruitment partner to a global pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Liverpool. They are looking to recruit a QC Validation associate. .

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for planning and execution of projects including ongoing validation activities

Responsible for coordinating validation activities with the production facility in accordance with Orange Guide, EU and CFR regulations

Provide regular updates on progress, communicating possible issues that may affect deadlines

Maintenance, qualification and calibration of laboratory equipment used is up to date and at the required GMP standards and to participate in method/instrument troubleshooting.

Effective communication both written and oral on a daily basis with colleagues at all levels, to include liaison with QA and Operational/Team managers.

Requirements:

A BSc or equivalent in a relevant discipline, or able to demonstrate capabilities to this level.

Experience in working according to GMP/cGMP guidelines within pharmaceutical industry

Experience of sterile manufacturing

Proven experience in validating quality control equipment.

Proven experience in generating and executing IQ,OQ,PQ on GMP equipment

Experience in QC testing such as HPLC, GC would be desirable
