Role: QA - Customer Care
Salary: £22,000 P/A

Work Pattern: Mon-Fri (08:00-16:30)

Job Overview:
Search is currently working with a leading food manufacturing business. My client has a fantastic opportunity for a QA - Customer Care candidate. This role reports to the Technical Manager, this is a great opportunity for a candidate who takes pride in ensuring all products are of the highest quality. Within QA -Customer Care you will be providing support to customers by calling and emailing, liaising with all areas of the business to investigate and solve customer queries. Contributing to a thriving Technical Team with great customer service and the ability to meet the needs of customers who need assistance.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and patiently, including assistance of customers who may have received their orders late, have received the wrong order or have received faulty products.
* Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records.
* Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.
* Learn how to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care.
* Liaise with company suppliers to arrange collections, investigations and credits from complaints or product recalls that have arisen.
* Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery.
* Communicate to customers details of any product recall notifications.
