We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Administrator top join a well-established and highly successful company based in Liverpool City Centre. This is a permanent position, close to local transport links and offering a salary of up to £20,000 DOE. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in call listening, quality assurance or control, looking to join a company that values and is committed to there staff. Though a background in quality assurance would be beneficial, we are open to considering those from an administrative or compliance background.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing data for accuracy
- Call listening and reporting errors
- Reporting and correcting any error or anomalies
- Improving procedures
- Data entry
- Ensuring a high level of accuracy and compliance at all times
