Purchase Ledger Clerk


This market leading bespoke privately run business are looking for experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis. As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will ensure the smooth running of the purchase ledger within the Finance department, working closely with the general office and other departments within the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Processing purchase invoices, reconciling to purchase orders, delivery and import documentation
* Coding invoices
* Preparing and processing multi-currency payments
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Preparing and processing data
* Data review and analysis
* Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets
* Providing administrative support for the Finance Department
* Other duties as requested

Skills and experience:

* Experience in working a similar Purchase Ledger position
* Experienced in processing and reconciling purchase invoices
* Enthusiastic and results driven
* Excellent attention to detail and problem solving ability
* Good working experience with Microsoft Excel and Sage
