I am currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a growing finance team based in Renfrew on a temp to perm basis. This position is paying between £20K - £22K over the year.
* To Set up new suppliers, with emphasis on the Bank details confirmation
* To post Contract invoices to Eq2
* To post Overhead Invoices to sage
* Invoice queries and resolution
* Invoice Certification
* Authorisation routine
* Liaise with Suppliers and/or QS, if required
* Supplier Statement Reconciliation
* Supplier Payment routine
* Update S/c Register for Cashflow, and Contract Accruals
* Authorisation process
* Posting payment certificates to Eq2
* CIS Monthly return
* Posting of Sales Invoices
* Posting of Contract Cash Received to Eq2
The ideal candidate would have experience working in a similar position in the construction sector. Sage systems would also be helpful.
