Purchase Ledger Assistant (Part-Time)
£18,000 - £21,000, pro-rata
Search Consultancy is currently recruiting for a new Purchase Ledger Assistant role with a market leading company based locally in Perth. This is an exciting permanent role with a major local employer that offers true flexibility in terms of working hours.
In this position, you'll be supporting the organisation with the invoice processing, and ensuring payments are made alongside the general office administration. The key responsibilities of this role are receiving, checking and preparing all purchase invoices for authorisation. Processing all the purchase invoices and employee expenses in a timely manner, as well as, liaising with suppliers, reconciling all the suppliers statements and ensuring all the invoices & expenses are stored in an efficient manner.
