My client is looking for a temporary purchase ledger assistant to come in and cover a sickness in the office; it should run a minimum of 2 months. Benefits include free on site parking and a pleasant working environment. You must be available to start immediately and work the duration of the 2 months.

Content of the assignment:

  • Work within a AP team of 5
  • Catch up on the backlog of invoices which has been created due to staff illness
  • You will be using SAP software so experience of it or similar software would be great
  • Answering telephones and resolving queries
  • Resolving queries and redirecting them, upwards of 100 emails per day
  • Processing high amounts of purchase invoices
  • General office tasks such as filing and data entry
  • Basic knowledge of MS office is essential
  • Experience in a similar role previously would be great
