A highly successful and fast growing organisation in Glasgow are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their busy finance team on a part-time basis!
They are looking for an individual to join their team for 30-35 hours per week. This vacancy is open due to growth and your role is to assist the team and take control of the Purchase Ledger processing.
- Processing all purchase invoices
- Purchase order preparation
- Answering the telephone and dealing with supplier queries
- Maintaining and updating supplier payment lists
- Making supplier payments
- Ad hoc duties as required
What you'll need:
- At least 1 years experience in purchase ledger
- Experience with high volume processing
- Experience using Sage
This position is paying between £17,000 - £19,000.
