My Client is looking for a full time purchase ledger to join a busy financial team in a expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Purchase invoices are correct
  • Matching invoices
  • Self aware to resolve problems
  • Payment runs
  • Handling reconciliations of monthly credit card statements and posting of entries into the accounting system
  • General Administrative work
  • Assisting the Finance department with other duties as and when required

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to use Microsoft word to a high degree
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Personable and presentable
