I am currently looking for a Psychological Team Leader to join a National Charity Service in Luton. You will be joining as a team leader and the role is paying £30,500pa with a range of company and staff benefits.

You will be joining the team specialising in evidence-based psychological therapies. As a Team Leader you'll be managing your own caseload, supervising, line managing staff and providing case management. You will need to have prior experience in managing a team as well as a PWP qualification.

You will need to be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written. With experience within BME, long term conditions, medically unexplained symptoms, veterans, perinatal, offenders, older adults and learning disabilities. Within the role as a Team Leader you will:
* Contribute to the development of best practice within the service
* Be aware of, and keep up to date with advances in the spheres of treatment for common mental health problems
* Attend multi-disciplinary meetings relating to referrals or clients in treatment, where appropriate

You will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills thinking about how you can and will be adding real value into the lives you will be supporting.
