Our award winning client has a brand new opportunity for and experienced Product Manager with strong Proposition and Customer Journey experience to join their London office.
As part of ongoing reinvestment into the organisation and a commitment to deliver customer excellence this role will include:
* Reviewing and documenting the current customer proposition
* Investigating all customer touch points
* Develop opportunities to improve the customer journey to ensure a consistent level of engagement and excellence
* Develop robust, fit for purpose client propositions which meet the needs of the client and mitigate business risk
* Drive through effective change
* Be the client champion
As a brand new role in the organisation, you will need to be able to demonstrate extensive experience working in a customer focussed proposition role, ideally within a financials services environment.
You'll need to be a confident and credible communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and committed to challenging the status-quo and drive through positive change.
