This opportunity for a Proposals Coordinator for one of the UK's top main contractors and will be based in the Bristol area. With a long and successful trading history this company have built a highly credible reputation for delivering high-value, prestigious and technical projects including operating within the build, fit-out and engineering divisions. Your responsibilities will include planning, writing, researching, and the production of documentation to submit to potential clients typically prequalification, expression of interest, presentation, bid / tenders and capability documents. Working closely with business units you will compile Tenders and Bids for submission to clients

Key duties include:
* Ensure all prepared proposal and pre-qualification submissions are of high quality, compliant and communicate our capabilities and value of service
* Identify response deliverables, establish submission schedules and communicate responsibilities and accountability to the rest of the bid team
* Assist in the proposal production process by liaising with contributors from all departments
* Assist in developing and implementing win strategies, answer planning sessions, key messages and differentiators in proposal submissions
* Ability to turn written, numerical and existing content into compelling graphical representations that have impact and are easy to interpret
* Occasional travel to other offices, primarily London
* Prepare Powerpoint presentations for tender interviews

Skills and experience:
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, often on multiple simultaneous projects
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* High attention to detail and appreciation for producing polished finished products
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Proficient with Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
* Abe to remain resilient, calm and measured, particularly during busy periods and when dealing with conflicting priorities
