The Job

As a Customer Customer Service Advisor you need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Day to Day duties include:
* Liaise with both customers and clients
* Resolve complaints from customers.
* Takes necessary steps to investigate
* Gathers all the relevant documentation
