I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client a leading Property Management company in Glasgow City Centre for an experienced Property Manager. This is an excellent opportunity within a business who provide an unrivalled service for the management of a wide range of properties, from traditional tenements to modern blocks of flats and grounds maintenance and who are currently going through a period of rapid growth.
I am looking to speak with experienced Property Managers who are highly organised, efficient and enjoy working in an extremely fast paced environment have high attention to detail and accuracy whilst maintaining excellent client care at all times.
You will be
* Ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standards
* Arranging day to day maintenance of allocated properties
* Attending client meetings, including AGM's
* Arranging day to day, contracted and cyclical maintenance
* Assisting with the project management of major internal and external works along with the relevant surveyor or relevant professional consultant
* Liaising with local councils and government bodies and police to adhere to relevant regulations

You must be able demonstrate a high standard of negotiation/communication/written skills and be confident communicating with the ability to resolve conflict and potential disputes.
Previous experience working within a Property Manager role and a sound understanding of current legislation associated is essential.
In your role you will be working as part of a wider team supporting, developing and managing a large portfolio of residential properties located throughout Glasgow and the Central Belt.
