I am currently recruiting on behalf of a key client for a passionate, enthusiastic and organised individual to join their busy letting management office in Glasgow's Southside.
This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity within a fantastic award winning company. I am looking to speak with positive, enthusiastic and highly organised, team members who are flexible and dynamic in their approach to work.
Acting as first point of contact for reactive maintenance, the role will be primarily customer focused on the telephone as well as answering online enquiries (emails and Fixflo software repair management) dealing with Landlord clients, Tenants and Contractors.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, great communication skills, be personable and pro-active and most importantly be able to cope with the busy and varied nature of property management. You will also be required to have a good working knowledge of MS word, excel and outlook.
