Job Title: New Homes Sales Consultant
Job Location: Manchester
Job Salary: £25,000 OTE £50,000 (Uncapped Commission)

As an New Homes Sales Advisor you will receive:
- A salary of upto £25,000
- An uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of £50,000
- Amazing progression opportunities
- Various staff events and parties throughout the year
As a New Homes Sales Advisor you must be comfortable selling to high value customers face to face. staying calm under pressure. You must be comfortable working towards KPI's and going the extra mile for the customers.
What we require:
- A bright and sparky personality is essential!
- Estate Agency, New homes or off Plan Sales Consultant
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven to achieve targets and KPI's.
- A motivated person who is passionate about customer service and sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
- Sales Experience of at least 6 months
