We are currently recruiting for an exceptional, experienced Property Manager/Administrator for our forward thinking client based near Edinburgh City Centre. The role will see you working within the property management team, managing a portfolio of residential properties located throughout Edinburgh.
About the Role
* Arranging and attending property viewings
* Preparing inventories for incoming tenants and end of tenancy check outs and dilapidation reports
* Handling all aspects of property management including service charges, health & safety and day to day property management regularly inspecting the properties
* Act as point of contact between tenants and landlord, building strong working relationships dealing with queries and resolving disputes
* Diary Management
* Marketing and advertising properties
Personal Attributes and Skills
* Experience in the property market is essential
* Excellent Customer care
* Must be able to demonstrate strong negotiation/communication skills and have experience of conflict/dispute resolution
* Good area knowledge
* Essential that the successful candidate is familiar with all current safety legislation and sound knowledge of HMO properties
* Clean UK driving licence
* IT Proficient
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Professional appearance at all times

Salary: £19,000 to £24,000.00 /year
