Are you an experienced Property manager?

Do you want a more autonomous role?

Have you got experience running your own property portfolio?

Due to the nature of this position you must hold a full drivers license.

As Property Manager you must have similar experience from the property sector where you have handled all enquires from both tenants and landlords and be experience managing your own property portfolio of 100+ properties.
You will have excellent communication skills, be confident building relationships at all levels and demonstrate exceptional negotiating skills.

Organised, proactive and an excellent team player, you will thrive in a fast paced, busy environment where working under pressure towards deadlines and contractual agreements is the norm.
You must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and be quick to learn new systems.

As Property Manager a typical day will involve:

* Handling emails and calls from tenants relating to all property matters
* Troubleshooting with view to identifying the exact issue, to ensure the right remedial action is taken, this could be over the phone or via inspections
* Coordinating repairs; liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
* Negotiating prices
* Property inspections
* Viewings
* Maintain databases
* Processing all administration relating to the repair work
* Preparing invoices
* Complaint handling

Due to the nature of this position you must hold a full drivers license.
