Top 100 and Chambers ranked firm are currently seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor.

The Litigation team of this highly-regarded firm is seeking a solicitor with a minimum 0-4 years PQE. The role will involve a range of mainly property litigation cases for clients in the health and housing
sectors, with the potential to advise on some more general commercial disputes.

We are also looking for candidates who are able to deliver clear and authoritative advice and strong recommendations to clients. The role will offer the opportunity to develop leadership skills within our highly motivated and ambitious team, and will require candidates to demonstrate they have the ability to proactively develop client relationships and drive forward the development of our practice. You will be a Solicitor with a minimum of 6 months experience within a Litigation team, property litigation and public sector experience is desirable but not vital. You will manage a mixed caseload including disputes relating to commercial leases, breach of covenants by both landlords and tenants, insolvency; contested break rights and renewals. You will also advise on use and occupation of land, including boundary disputes, rights of way, adverse possession liability and related health and safety advice in addition to other Property litigation matters.
