My client is a large regional firm with offices throughout the South East. Here you can expect to deal with a wide range of clients as part of a busy team. The team deal with property litigation in relation to both residential and commercial property for clients based across the UK.
This role will see you manage your own caseload of matters with little to no supervision, providing support to the Partner and wider team when required. Work includes landlord & tenant disputes, service charge disputes, boundary & neighbour disputes and dilapidation & disrepair.
The successful candidate is likely to:
* Have at least 2 year's worth of experience managing their own caseload of mixed property disputes, with an emphasis on commercial property;
* Naturally take a collaborative and proactive approach to their work;
* Be comfortable working as part of a wider, multi-disciplinary team;
* Be ambitious, confident and motivated to exceed expectations.
