You can expect to handle a varied workload and provide high quality legal advice on litigious property matters including Landlord and Tenant, Electronic Communications Code, Adverse Possession, Easements, and Title Disputes
The successful candidate is likely to:
* Have at least 1 year's worth of experience managing their own caseload of Property Litigation matters;
* Naturally take a collaborative and proactive approach to their work;
* Be ambitious, confident and have ambitions to progress with a genuine enthusiasm for the area of law.
