Are you an experienced Property Administrator looking for a new challenge? This may be the perfect opportunity for you! This Property Administrator role is based on the outskirts of the city centre of Glasgow boasting great transport links, great benefits and a really friendly team who work hard but have fun whilst doing so! This is just your normal office hours l Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm role with 1 hour for lunch with overtime available!
Within this role duties will include: reading lease renewals, ensuring all properties are insured properly, chasing up invoices, mortgage monitoring, all aspects of buying and selling properties and ensuring rent controls in place. You will also be doing general administrative duties such as using Excel and specialist systems on a daily basis, answering calls and emails and ensuring all paperwork is compliant.
In order to thrive in this role you will need to have experience within property administration and management, great attention to detail and as you will be liaising with many individuals you will need to have a professional manner over the phone and in person. The perfect candidate will be able to manage their own workload and have a good grasp of financial terminology. This is an outgoing office so a confident candidate who has strong work ethic would be perfect!
