Do you like working in the city centre, with great lunch options, public transport links & having flexible working days? Also receiving weekly pay just in time for the weekend?

This temporary assignment is for 4 weeks, to support a property company with their employee re-structure. Candidates MUST be immediately available.

3 days per week (flexible on what days)

Your Duties will Be:

* Reception
* First point of contact on phones
* Administration support to team of 5
* Processing Invoices
* Sales & Purchase Ledger
* Basic Credit Control
* Diary Management
* Meeting Room Co-ordination
* Stationary Orders
* Manage general inbox

The perfect person will have a solid administration back ground, due the nature of the role you will be confident in all aspect in order to effectively support the business.
