Our client, a charity providing Care and support for a diverse range of service users, including adults with learning disabilities, vulnerable families and people in need of additional support to stay in their own homes are, seeking a Project Manager to join the team.
We're looking for a talented, dynamic and highly organised Project Manager to work with them in Frimley, Camberley. You'll be earning £29,000 alongside the world-class benefits and support you'd expect from one of the UK's leading charity providers.
As a highly experienced Project Manager, you will be expected to lead and manage the supported living project and lead a team to deliver a quality service that reflects the standards set out by the Care Quality Commission.
You will also apply our client's unique approach to people with a learning disabilities.
Some (not all) of your key responsibilities:
? Project manage and provide project support to a staff team consisting of Senior Care & Support Workers.
? As a project manager, you will be responsible for providing a rota that supports each client with the hours agreed by Social Services.
? You'll have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the support provided matches the assessed needs of people with a learning disability.
? That all individuals needs are assessed, planned, implemented and evaluated.
