We're seeking an experienced and efficient Project Coordinator to work for a successful, inclusive Glasgow-based renewable energy company on a temporary basis until December 2021. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £14.00ph.

This will be remote working initially then successful candidate will be based in Glasgow City centre with flexible work patter (home/office) once restrictions start to lift.

The Project Coordinator will liaise with all managers and will provide timely updates on project statuses. They will help resolve existing issues and determine team priorities. They will provide guidance and support for team members and will escalate issues if required.

You will provide support on internal projects, striving for continuous improvement and liaising with key internal stakeholders and cross function work with legal and HR departments.

Some of your Project Coordinator key responsibilities:

  • Project managing and providing support to project stakeholders
  • Managing client satisfaction
  • Ensuring support matches the agreed scope of the project
  • Acting as a 'people manager', giving feedback and managing deadlines

Experience within a procurement function will also be highly desirable but not essential and you will have Project Coordination experience in a corporate process environment.
