We're helping our client find the most qualified and ambitious Financial Services Assistant/Pensions Support candidates to join their inclusive team on a 4 month contract. It could be you! This role is temporary initially but could lead to permanent for the right person.

The Pensions Support Officer will be dealing with enquiries from new and existing scheme members, clients, financial advisers, employers, HMRC and the Department of Work and Pensions. This role involves cradle to grave pensions support.

Pay rate is £10.00ph and office and hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Your primary Administrator duties will include:

  • Dealing with general inbound call from customers in relation to their pensions
  • Supporting the team with non-technical day-to-day pension administration
  • Assisting with the administration aspects of new scheme take-ons to provide accurate data is recorded and maintained
  • Handling member emails (queries, requests, etc) and responding to emails
  • Handling incoming phone calls from pension scheme members professionally
  • Resolving complex or controversial administration issues to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded
