Search are a Private Equity backed recruitment business with a National Presence. Due to investment into our Professional Services arm of the business, we are looking to hire experienced Recruitment Managers to look after and grow our specialist Finance/wider Professional Services teams across Liverpool and Manchester.

Role Purpose:

To plan, manage and co-ordinate the operation of a division to ensure achievement of the divisional targets and growth, whilst motivating and developing a team of individuals to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their role effectively. To ensure that clients and candidates receive first class quality customer service.

Accountabilities:

  • Set and review objectives with individual consultants to ensure consistent high levels of performance on a regular basis
  • Regularly coach and develop team members to ensure maximum performance
  • Ensure that all candidate & client information is correctly attributed onto Bullhorn by all staff
  • Ensure that the billing process is correct and implemented in a timely manner, whilst minimising credits and back-outs and reducing invoice queries
  • Recruit and retain key members of staff
  • Attend and participate in relevant management meetings
  • Establish, implement and develop sound management information systems for all recruitment activities and provide monthly management report to Director.
