L&D Consultant (6 Month)
Nationally renown business embarking on a massive L&D project
Location - Edinburgh
Contract Type - Contract
Salary - Up to £350 per day dependant upon experience

The Business

We are currently recruiting a L&D Consultant role within a nationally renown business embarking on a massive L&D project. They're an exciting business who are always looking to push the boundaries of what's possible and are looking for like-minded people to help them on this journey and stay ahead of the competition.

The Role

The role is a L&D Consultant role working with the business to design and develop policies and procedures to improve continuous development and self learning within the organisation. This will be driven through looking at potential professional qualifications and study policies and ensuring the workforce know what is available to them. Operating within a close knit team you will be able to work both autonomously but collaboratively when called upon.

The Individual

The ability to hit the ground running is massive for the business so you will have a strong knowledge of L&D and track record of delivering results. You will be a driven, team player who has had experience working across a number of senior L&D or Talent Acquisition roles. The atmosphere in the office is open, laid back but also hard working with the business working on a project basis. As a result the team looks to hit all projects head on and together with every sector of the team chipping in.
