My client has a fantastic opportunity due to internal growth of their marketing function for a digital marketing manager within a leading technology business. Looking for candidates from a strong B2B digital marketing background with experience within E-Commerce and website optimisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Organic growth of an E-Commerce based products
  • The launch of 2 new digital brands in the coming months
  • Creating a marketing strategy for the business's new and existing brands
  • Ensuring the strategy is rolled out and implemented effectively
  • Line management & development of a senior marketing executive
  • Website optimisation for new brands
  • Developing and implementing assets and retention strategies for the brand
  • Focusing on ROI and analytics
  • Planning of digital initiatives and channel development
  • Implementing strategic marketing campaigns
  • Continuously gathering data on each products performance, competitors and customer attitudes and using the information to make appropriate product changes
  • Working with the content team to create a content marketing strategy, tailored for personalised audience profiles
  • Growing online traffic, website visitors and conversions through strategic planning

  • Experience in a team leader or management role
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns showing ROI
  • Experience of the full marketing mix and brand ownership
