As part of the Procurement Administrator role, you can expect to be responsible for the following duties: - Completing administrative duties - Updating purchase orders - Inputting data - Managing emails - Liaising with suppliers - Managing invoices - Handling enquiries - Speaking with customers over the phone - Working as part of a team - Answering inbound calls - Supporting with stock management - Logging data and managing reports
The ideal applicant will: - Be a strong administrator - Have the ability to work as part of a team - Have gained experience working in a procurement role ( would be an advantage) - Be able to multi-task - Have excellent attention to detail
