A new opportunity has presented itself for a Private Client Lawyer to join an award-winning, Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked law firm as a Senior Associate/Partner in West Sussex.

Since the firm was established in the 70s, the headcount has grown to over 300 and climbing. This growth has seen them grow to several offices in the South East including London Sussex and Surrey with this current opportunity arising in West Sussex. The firm ranks in the highest tiers of The Legal 500. Additionally, Chambers recognises the firm as a Leading Firm and is placed in the High-Net-Worth Guide 2023.

The work centres around tax planning for the client base they have, which is mostly made up of a lot of the firm's corporate clients who use them for private client services too as well as some other wealthy individuals and families that they act for. Additionally, you will undertake estate administration and elements of trust work.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in private client work, particularly estate planning, and have STEP membership. It is likely you will also be able to demonstrate good relationship skills with referrers for work such as IFAs or Accountants.
