Private Client Solicitor- 0-3 Years PQE

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that is highly rated in both Chambers and Legal 500. The Private Client team offer a quality and client focused service to their international and national clients. The team act for individuals, families, estates, trusts, family businesses, educational establishments, museums and charities.

You will be assisting Partners and Senior Associates in giving lifetime and testamentary estate planning advice, preparing Wills and all forms of trust documentation. The role involves working closely with the Department's tax and trust team and you will be providing advice on inheritance tax and capital gains tax.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in private client work and have the ability to offer excellent, transparent advice to clients. Importantly you must be able to work as part of a personable and dedicated team. You will also need to be able to work to deadlines and achieve billing requirements set.

• Experience in a broad range of private client matters
• Reasonable knowledge of tax, trust and private client law
• Confident
• Ability to work as part of a team
