An opportunity has arisen for an experienced File Reviewer to join a new internal business assurance team in an established company providing regulated financial and investment advice. The Business Assurance Analyst will be responsible for reviewing suitability reports to ensure that all financial and investment advice recommendations are in the client's best interests and meet internal standards. The scope of the business assurance review work will cover all client advisory services offered. Still, it will primarily focus on pension switch/consolidation, ISA transfers, investment bonds and General Investment Account transfers.
Day-to-day File Review tasks include:
? Reviewing suitability reports to ensure that any advice given meet industry requirements and regulations
? Designing and implementing management information to measure and report ongoing standards of advice
? Providing feedback to the training programme manager
To apply and be successful, you will need business assurance review experience and financial planning experience, along with a University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The following are also required:
? Level 4 qualified - Diploma in Financial Planning or Regulated Financial Planning
? Level 6/Chartered status would be an advantage
? Advanced understanding of financial planning principles with a specialism in pension planning
